Paul is a managing partner and co-founder of Navis Wealth Management, heads up the firm’s cross-border planning initiative, and helps run day-to-day operations. He has 28 years of experience in wealth management and is particularly attuned to the needs and priorities of clients with intersecting personal and professional finances: entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and their family members. He also enjoys close-knit relationships with multiple generations of client families who rely on him for thoughtful and discreet advice on investment management, trust and estate planning, retirement strategies, and other investment needs.

Martha works as our brand and web designer. She works on our marketing plan, social media, and creates our visuals.

Martha's expertise is in logo design and business development, and she has helped hundreds of businesses thrive and flourish because of her award-winning work.

Cindy Fegan is the proud owner of Simply Sweet by Cindy. An accomplished baker, Cindy provides amazing treats to her clients by sourcing top-quality and organic ingredients when possible.

It was Cindy and her husband, Paul, along with David Price, who founded the Navis Foundation after the Fegans' daughter, Alessia, was diagnosed with Wilms’ tumor. The foundation’s mission is to spread awareness about pediatric cancer and to raise research funds. Our first two events, Drive the Dream of Hope, in 2023 and 2024, raised over $200,000 and our goal is to continue building upon this.

David Price is a managing partner and co-founder of Navis Wealth Management. David is responsible for management oversight and strategy for all of the firm’s business lines, sourcing and implementing the company’s various growth strategies and new business initiatives. In addition to his executive management duties, he continues to work with a select group of clients. David is skilled in multiple aspects of wealth management, bringing technical proficiency, an unwavering service ethic, and a broad professional network to each relationship. David lives in Westchester, New York, with his wife, Sara, and their two daughters. In his free time, David enjoys Muay Thai boxing, tennis, biking, and golf.
